Workout – 2 hours total beach volleyball

Workout – None. My right arm/shoulder hurts again. I know it’s definitely from too much volleyball. I even served side-arm instead of overhand, to prevent any further injury, but the spiking didn’t help. ARGH! I just want it to heal. I know I need to lay off on vball but I can’t help myself. I just love it too much. ARGH!!!!!
